The album sleeve for U2′s Achtung Baby album consists of 4×4 squared montage of 16 images by the band’s long-time photographer, Anton Corbijn, devised since the band couldn’t decide on a single image to use. One of which is a naked photo of Adam Clayton.
The nude photo of Clayton was placed on the rear cover of the record. Here’s a close-up of the Mr. Clayton in all his glory.
On the U.S. CD and cassette sleeves, Clayton’s private parts are censored with a black “X” or a four-leaf clover but the vinyl edition featured the photo uncensored.
Bono has called the sleeve his favourite U2 cover artwork.

Well, he´s hung, alright *wink*
