Bono's doesn't play the guitar in concert too much but when he does he sometimes uses a green Gretsch "Irish Falcon" guitar with the phrase "The Goal Is Soul" printed on the pickguard in black text.  It also has a couple of colorful arrow stickers around the pick-up selectors.

October 17, 2005 during the 3rd leg of U2's Vertigo Tour, "The Boss" Bruce Springsteen joined the band on stage and used Bono's "Irish Falcon."

Bono signed his Irish Falcon Gretsch Guitar and it sold at auction for $180,000 to benefit musicians who lost everything in Hurricane Katrina.
