This photo of Paul & Linda McCartney with David Gilmour taken in 1976 is an instant classic. The Beatles/Wings + Pink Floyd.
Looks like Paul and David are smoking a joint while Linda is smoking a cigarette. Even Gilmour’s bootleg Dallas Cowboys shirt that Keith Moon also wore is awesome.
Anyone know where this photo was taken??? It’s not at a Led Zeppelin show.
UPDATE: The photo was taken at the Knebworth Festival on August 21, 1976 headlined by The Rolling Stones. Here is another photo of Paul and David backstage at the festival.
