The Oasis single to the song “Stand By Me” off their Be Here Now album was released on September 22, 1997. Oasis paid tribute to The Beatles on the Be Here Now album cover and in this music video, Oasis includes yet another tribute to their idols. When Noel Gallagher is walking past a store front there’s an Oasis poster featuring Liam Gallagher for the Oasis Knebworth concert of 1996 along with The Beatles “A Hard Days Night” album cover.
Another poster shows the calendar with the date 21 that used on the back cover of the Be Here Now album but this time the poster say Be There Then next to yet another poster of The Beatles.
