I recently came across this photo of Nirvana with Frances Bean Cobain sitting on the lap of her father Kurt Cobain in front of a fireplace. I knew this fireplace looked familiar and then I finally placed it. It is in the guest house at Pachyderm Studios in Cannon Falls, Minneapolis where Nirvana recorded “In Utero” in February of 1993.
