I recently came across this really cool photo of Krist Novoselic on stage playing a pink “Hello Kitty” guitar. After doing a bit of research on the guitar I found out it is a “Hello Kitty Stratocaster” by Squier (Fender).
The theme song for the 1991 blockbuster film Terminator 2: Judgement Day was “You Could Be Mine” by Guns N’ Roses. GN’R & T2 did a great job of cross promoting the single with the movie

When Gun’s N’ Roses released their “Lies” E.P. after the success of “Appetite For Destruction” the album cover was a parody of tabloid newspapers. Two statements about domestic abuse that were on the original album cover had to be removed and replaced. Here is the original version that included the statements, “Wife-beating has been around for 10,000 years” and “Ladies, welcome to the dark ages”.
