Beady Eye’s debut album “Different Gear, Still Speeding” joins Beck “Odelay” and Wilco (The Album) in the really strange album cover catergory. The album cover shows an old photo of a little girl riding an alligator.
After the break-up of Oasis, Liam Gallagher and Noel Gallagher both released new albums and toured in 2011. Beady Eye released their debut album “Different Gear, Still Speeding” first on February 28, 2011. Noel Gallagher released his debut album “Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds” on October 17, 2011.

After playing a show on June 4, 2009 in Manchester’s Heaton Park that was interrupted by two power outages and long delays Oasis offered a full refund to 70,000 plus fans. “Really sorry about that,” Liam Gallagher told the crowd. “This is a free gig now. Everyone will get a refund.” Noel Gallagher added: “The curfew’s 11, but we’ll play ’til they kick us off. Keep your ticket and you’ll get your money back.”

Noel & Liam Gallagher have not been on speaking terns since the break-up of their band Oasis on August 28, 2009. Since then Liam has sometimes referred to his brother as ‘Parker’ instead of Noel due to his similarity to the chauffeur from 60′s puppet TV series Thunderbir
