Imagine this…You are a huge Led Zeppelin fan in New York and you want to see the famous building used on the cover of “Physical Graffiti“.
You make your way to the tenement block located at 96 and 98 St. Mark’s Place New York City, New York in the East Village and start snapping away…
That’s when you realize that Robert Plant is actually standing right in front of the building next to a coffee shop aptly named, “Physical Graffitea“.

Plant happened to be filming with a CBS film crew following the Press Release of the Celebration Day box set in 2012. The part where Plant walks past the “Physical Graffiti” location is at about 3:40 in the Youtube clip below…
