Krist Novoselic’s Cameo in Robin Williams Movie “World’s Greatest Dad”
In 2009, another member of Nirvana made a cameo appearance with the late Robin Williams in the black comedy “World’s Greatest Dad” written and directed by an old Nirvana friend comedian Bob Goldthwait. Krist Novoselic stars in a non-speaking role as a newsstand dealer.
Nirvana Covered 3 Songs By Unknown Band The Vaselines & Made Them Millions
In 1987-1988 songwriters Eugene Kelly and Frances McKee from Glasgow, Scotland known as The Vaselines released 2 EP records with a combined total of 7 songs. Of those 7 songs mega-fan Kurt Cobain would cover 3 of them with Nirvana. Cobain labelled the duo his, “favorite songwriters in the whole world”.
